Sacred Metal-Board

Final Stage, Kapitel 2! Seit ungefähr einer Woche sind Brandon Wright und die Kanadier von FS im Spectre Sound-Studio dabei, ihr erstes Album einzuspielen.
Für die bisher unbetitelte CD sitzt Glenn Fricker wieder an den Reglern - wer die EP Flight of the Phoenix kennt, weiss dass da auch soundtechnisch wieder etwas Grosses auf uns zukommt.

Gitarrist/Sänger/Komponist Brandon Wright:
We've got a variety of songs (like the EP), so no song sounds exactly like the last. One song sounds like classic Queensryche, another is a power metal anthem. We're also recording a cover of Titanic's 'Gods of War' (www.myspace.com/titanicmetal).

Die Basstracks von Josh Kurkjian und Drumparts von Bandneuling Justin Humphrey sind bereits im Kasten. Brandon hat einen Thread eröffnet im englischsprachigen Ultimate Metal Old School-Board; er ist als Studiotagebuch gedacht. Der Coverentwurf fürs kommende Werk ist auch dort online.

Vielen Dank für die Infos, die EP fand ich schon ziemlich gut - wenn auch nicht so stark wie Oli und andere. Freue mich dennoch auf die fertige CD. Hoffe bloß, dass sie das Cover nochmal ändern, das sieht ja aus wie ein Screenshot aus 'nem PC-Spiel <_<

This Sunday we're premiering a brand new song - fully mixed and mastered at the<a href='http://www.finalstage.ca' target='_blank'>Final Stage Website</a>. Make sure to stop in and listen!

There's a new sample of "Through the Mirror" to show how the final chorus sounds on our myspace page. It is fully mixed and mastered.

On Sunday at 1300h EST (1900h German Time) we will be posting a brand new song in full from the upcoming album on our <a href='http://www.myspace.com/finalstage' target='_blank'>myspace page</a>.

You may need to refresh your browser in order to see the new song in our High Resolution Player on the left hand side under "Sounds like".

If you are using Firefox, you may need to clear your Cache so the player will reset itself. Go into Tools> Options> Advanced> Network. Under Cache click CLEAR NOW.

If you using Internet Explorer you may need to delete your browsing history so the player will reset itself. Go into Tools> Delete Browsing History. It may take a few minutes to do for it so Delete all of your history.
